In the United States, females make up 62.1 percent of the user base, while males make up 39%. Teenage females make up 16.4% of the TikTok user base, while females aged 30 to 39 years are represented by 13.8% of the user base.<\/p>\n<p>The age of the average user on the video-sharing app varies widely, depending on its popularity. According to statistics from Facebook, Gen Z represents 60% of the user base. The average user age range is 16 to 24, with approximately 60% of users aged 25-44. The majority of the users are between ten and fourteen years old. Women dominate the TikTok space when it comes to content creation and consumption.<\/p>\n<p>The app has also been banned in some countries, including the United States, despite its fast growth. However, in countries where it was initially launched, it has been a booming market. Sensor Tower estimates that there were 131 million TikTok users in June, and the number has continued to grow since.
