Twitter will mark images and static media as sensitive and forcefully enable the sensitive content setting on your account. Once enabled, you&#8217;ll receive an email letting you know. If you decide to turn it off, the images and static media will remain marked as sensitive, but you can turn it back on again later.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Disable_sensitive_content_settings_on_Twitter\"><\/span>Disable sensitive content settings on Twitter<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you use Twitter frequently, you may wish to disable sensitive content settings. The default setting will warn you when you&#8217;re posting a potentially sensitive item. However, you can choose to disable the warnings or continue posting whatever you like. The following steps will help you disable the sensitive content setting on Twitter. To do this, navigate to the settings menu and click the three dots in a circle. You will then see the &#8220;sensitive content&#8221; option and then click it to turn it off.<\/p>\n<p>To disable sensitive content settings on Twitter, you must first sign in as a user. To make this easy, go to your account settings and click on &#8220;Sensitive Content&#8221; under Settings. This will make all posts containing adult content hidden from view. You can also change your Twitter settings in your computer. You can also mark sensitive content as private. Once you have changed the settings, you can start posting again.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t want others to see your tweets containing sensitive content, you can disable sensitive content settings on Twitter. To disable this feature, simply log out of your account on Twitter and sign back in. You can then change the sensitive content settings to suit your personal tastes. You may want to change the settings according to the content on your profile. Make sure you select the option that will block any tweets that contain sensitive material.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Remove_sensitive_content_from_searches_on_Twitter\"><\/span>Remove sensitive content from searches on Twitter<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Fortunately, there are ways to remove sensitive content from Twitter searches. By changing the settings on your Twitter account, you can prevent certain content from showing up in your search results. The most private setting is &#8220;Your Tweets&#8221;; however, you can change other settings, such as the Content You See and Location information. Unchecking &#8220;Hide sensitive content&#8221; will remove the warning from your Twitter feed. If you find any content you&#8217;d prefer to keep private, you can also delete it in the same way.<\/p>\n<p>Using Twitter on an iPad may require you to accept the warning for sensitive content, but it&#8217;s not the end of the world. To disable the warning, log in to your account and click the &#8220;settings&#8221; link. If the message still appears, click the &#8220;untag&#8221; button. This will remove the sensitive content warning from your Twitter timeline and prevent it from showing up in searches. You can also disable the sensitive content warning on your Twitter website instead of the iOS app.<\/p>\n<p>Generally, tweets with sensitive content are hidden from searches, but you can turn this off in your settings. Go to the Settings page and select &#8220;Privacy &amp; Safety.&#8221; Click the &#8220;Content You See&#8221; link, and then uncheck the &#8220;Hide sensitive content&#8221; box. This way, Twitter will not label any media you upload as sensitive. After removing sensitive content from searches, you can still view sensitive content from Twitter.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Report_sensitive_tweets_on_Twitter\"><\/span>Report sensitive tweets on Twitter<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve seen a photo or video that you believe is sensitive, you can report it by clicking the flag icon and choosing the appropriate option. There are also options to flag Lists. You can also report individual tweets. Click the three-dot icon on the Tweet and select the appropriate option. If you have more information, you can read Twitter&#8217;s policy for reporting sensitive media. Here are some examples of how to do this:<\/p>\n<p>First, you can report any potentially sensitive tweet on Twitter. The system will identify the tweet and label it as &#8220;sensitive.&#8221; If you&#8217;ve made an account and tweeted sensitive content, Twitter will remove it or make it permanent. However, this option is only available for tweets with media. If the tweet is only text, you can un-mark it. However, if you repeat the offender&#8217;s actions, they&#8217;ll permanently change their settings.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter&#8217;s content filters automatically detect content that is considered sensitive. Sensitive content is anything that may make someone uncomfortable. This can include graphic images of violence or scenes of death or mutilation. While Twitter has rules against these types of content, some users may be uncomfortable with them. They can even report adult accounts. If you feel your tweet is offensive, you can report it through Twitter&#8217;s Help center.
