This is a more aesthetically pleasing design, and bookmark browsing will now be a more organized process. Users can even DM tweets to their MarkFolder accounts, which means that they&#8217;ll be automatically saved in their inbox.<\/p>\n<p>While Twitter does have a bookmarks button, it is a bit confusing to organize these in a folder. You need to organize your bookmarks to find them quickly and easily. With MarkFolder, you can group tweets by category and value, and it automatically groups tweets that are similar to one another. This is extremely useful for those who read a lot of Twitter. Moreover, it&#8217;s completely free.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"MarkFolder_Tweet_Bookmarker\"><\/span>MarkFolder Tweet Bookmarker<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve ever wondered how to organize your Twitter feeds, MarkFolder Tweet Bookmarker is a great solution. This simple tool allows you to make a list or grille of the tweets you want to save. You can choose to make this list public or private, and share it with friends and colleagues. Although this service isn&#8217;t mobile compatible, it&#8217;s easy to download on your desktop and share with your network. You can also automatically register tweets from other accounts as you&#8217;re writing them.<\/p>\n<p>When you open a tweet on MarkFolder, you&#8217;ll see a row of icons below. You can use the reply bubble, arrow, heart, or share icon to reply to it. If you&#8217;d like to share the tweet, click the share icon. The share icon opens a menu. You can then select the option &#8220;Add Tweet to Bookmarks&#8221; to save it in a bookmark. This is a convenient way to save tweets without logging out of your account.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Twitters_Copy_Link_button\"><\/span>Twitter&#8217;s &#8216;Copy Link&#8217; button<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you want to share a tweet on another social media site, you should know how to use Twitter&#8217;s &#8216;Copy Link.&#8217; Once you have opened a tweet, click the share menu icon (a rectangular box with an arrow in it). Then, click the &#8220;Copy link&#8221; option. This will automatically copy the URL to your clipboard. Then, you can paste it anywhere else to share the tweet.<\/p>\n<p>In the past, you could copy and paste a link by clicking the &#8216;Copy Link&#8217; button. However, the button has changed. Instead of providing a list of relevant options, it now simply gives you a &#8220;Copy Link&#8221; option. This change is a big improvement over Twitter&#8217;s previous &#8216;Copy Link&#8217; button. However, it is still a bit awkward to use.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Twitters_Bookmark_button\"><\/span>Twitter&#8217;s &#8216;Bookmark&#8217; button<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Rather than tagging a tweet to read later, Twitter introduced a &#8216;Bookmark&#8217; button. Users can save tweets with the bookmarks button and curate them by topic or value. The &#8216;All Bookmarks&#8217; category automatically groups tweets of the same type into folders. This allows users to access and sort bookmarks more quickly. Users can also use Twitter&#8217;s new &#8216;Reminders&#8217; feature to save tweets to read later.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter is rolling out the new bookmarking feature worldwide. Unlike the &#8220;favorite&#8221; button, bookmarking tweets will remain private and not be available to other users. The feature is part of Twitter&#8217;s ongoing evolution. Previously, the &#8220;favorite&#8221; button was the bookmarking option, but the social network changed it to a heart-shaped &#8216;like&#8217; button in 2015.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Using_third-party_apps_to_save_tweets\"><\/span>Using third-party apps to save tweets<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you want to save a thread on Twitter for later reading, there are many options available. One such option is Threader, which works like a Twitter bot and lets you bookmark entire threads. Once you save a thread, you can access it whenever you have internet connection. A third-party app called Thread Reader helps you save the whole thread as PDF. It also saves all tweets and comments in chronological order.<\/p>\n<p>You can also use Twitter Blue to organize the tweets you bookmark. Another option is MarkFolder, a more extensive bookmarking tool. Like Twitter Blue, MarkFolder creates bookmark folders on your desktop. You can save tweets as HTML or unicode text. The downside to MarkFolder is that it only works on desktops.
