You can even filter and unfollow people who aren&#8217;t following you back. You&#8217;ll never have to worry about having an empty Twitter profile again! With this feature, you can set up when you want to post to ensure you&#8217;re posting at the right time. It also has a sent box, which you can use to store your sent items.
