This will prevent other users from discovering your new profile. First of all, once your account is deactivated, you cannot reactivate it. This action will make your account inaccessible for 30 days. Second, if you want to reactivate your account, you will need to sign up again. You may be worried that you will lose your display name or username, but you can recover your account within 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>You can deactivate your Twitter account for a variety of reasons, including business or personal. The steps below will help you delete your suspended account. Before you do so, Twitter will ask you to change your username and email address. Once you&#8217;ve changed them, you&#8217;ll receive a confirmation email that you must validate. Once you do, go to your Twitter account and tap the &#8220;Deactivate Account&#8221; button to finalize the process.<\/p>\n<p>First, log into your Twitter account and complete the form. The &#8220;Description of problem&#8221; field is where you should describe what happened. If you were suspended for violating Twitter&#8217;s rules, be sure to provide detailed details. Then, click Submit. If your suspension was temporary, you can wait up to seven days before it gets reversed.
