First, you can edit your privacy settings. The Privacy settings on Facebook will help you control how many people can view your activity, send you friend requests, look you up, and follow you. If you don&#8217;t want people to see your page, you can also make it private by making your posts in the News Feed only visible to those who you allow to view them.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Restricted_List_on_Facebook\"><\/span>Restricted List on Facebook<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>One of the ways to make your Facebook page private is to restrict who can see what you post. You can also choose to only let certain people see your posts. This will limit who can see what you post and who can send you friend requests. To make your posts private, click the pencil or gear icon next to the word &#8220;Privacy.&#8221; Once you&#8217;ve changed your settings, you can&#8217;t change them back.<\/p>\n<p>First, go to your Facebook page. To make it private, go to the settings menu on the left side of your page. Click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the screen. Select &#8220;Pages.&#8221; Scroll down until you find the orange flag icon. From there, tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Go to &#8220;General&#8221; settings. Scroll down until you find &#8220;Page Visibility.&#8221; Here, you&#8217;ll see an option that says &#8220;Unpublish Page.&#8221; Click this and confirm that you want to make the page private.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Inline_audience_selector\"><\/span>Inline audience selector<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To limit the audience for a Facebook page, you should set the option &#8220;Only me&#8221; in the inline audience selector. By selecting this option, you can hide posts from people you specify and only share them with friends and family. This is the default setting, but you can adjust it further if you want. To make a page private, simply follow the steps below.<\/p>\n<p>First, go to Settings &gt; Timeline and Tagging. Under Timeline, click on the arrow next to &#8220;Edit Page&#8221; and select Privacy. Once you click &#8220;Edit Page,&#8221; you will see a list of options. Click &#8220;Audience Selector&#8221; to change the audience. The audience selector is located above or below your post. Once you&#8217;ve changed the audience selector, you can publish posts to your Facebook page.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unpublishing_a_Facebook_business_page\"><\/span>Unpublishing a Facebook business page<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you want to take down your Facebook business page for a variety of reasons, you can unpublish your page. If you have a temporary need to rebrand your business or decide to take a hiatus, unpublishing your page may be the right solution. In these cases, you will still have your followers and fans. But what if you change your mind later? If so, you can easily republish your page later.<\/p>\n<p>The process of unpublishing a Facebook business page is simple. All you have to do is follow the steps outlined below. You will be able to view your unpublished Page and re-publish it later. Unpublishing your page will not delete your content, but it will hide it from visitors. It will not affect your fans, followers, reviews, or recommendations. However, you will not be able to save the page.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Changing_privacy_settings_for_previous_posts\"><\/span>Changing privacy settings for previous posts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you want to limit who can see your old Facebook posts, you have the option to do so by limiting the visibility of your old posts. You can change these settings in the Privacy Settings of your Facebook page. Once you have done this, you cannot change them back. However, you can check each individual post individually to determine if they&#8217;re visible to others. If they&#8217;re not, you can untag them and make them public again.<\/p>\n<p>First, go to the Activity Log and click the Privacy menu. You&#8217;ll see dozens of categories with settings to lock down your privacy. You can choose whether or not to allow comments on posts. Some options will take you to a deeper page. Depending on the setting, it may take a while to decide what you want.
