Go to the Account tab and click on the Settings option. From here, type a new password in the provided fields. If you&#8217;re using an email address, make sure to type in the correct password and click &#8220;Continue.&#8221; Once you&#8217;re done, click &#8220;Next&#8221; or tap &#8220;Continue&#8221; to finish the process. You can also choose to change your password by using the app.<\/p>\n<p>Changing the password on Facebook is essential if you don&#8217;t want to be a victim of account hacking. By following a few simple steps, you can change your Facebook password and protect your account. It&#8217;s tempting to use the same password for different accounts, but you&#8217;re risking your security by doing so. If you&#8217;ve had your account hacked or been the victim of identity theft, you need to change your password immediately!<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Recovering_the_password\"><\/span>Recovering the password<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you forget your Facebook password, there are a couple of ways to recover it. First, you can use a trusted friend or colleague to help you. You will need to follow some instructions and wait for a code to be sent to your phone or email. Once you receive it, you can then change your password or access your account. However, it is recommended that you do this only after you&#8217;ve verified that you&#8217;re still connected to the account.<\/p>\n<p>Second, you can always try to recover your Facebook password by sending a text message to your phone. You will have to have a cell phone or email that is associated with your Facebook account. You will then need to enter this number in order to receive the code. Once you have the code, you can reset your Facebook password. If you do not have a cell phone, you can use a trusted friend or family member&#8217;s phone to help you with this.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Signing_in\"><\/span>Signing in<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you want to use the Facebook identity platform for development, you&#8217;ll need to create a basic web application, preferably written in JavaScript or HTML, and obtain a Facebook App ID. You can find the App ID on the Facebook for Developers page. On the Configure Facebook page, you can add a valid OAuth redirect URI. You can also register an app domain under Authorized Domains. By default, localhost is enabled for development.<\/p>\n<p>The first step in signing in on Facebook is to enter your real name and password. Make sure you use your real name, as Facebook will filter out any name that appears too similar to the one you use to sign in. Additionally, do not use a title as your sign-in name unless you want to be associated with the same profile. You can set up more than one account, if you so desire. To make it easier to sign in, set up a second e-mail address that is separate from your own.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Accessing_the_password_manager\"><\/span>Accessing the password manager<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are several ways to access your Facebook password manager. The first way is by going to the security tab in your Google Account settings. Once you&#8217;re in, tap the &#8220;Password Manager&#8221; option. This will display a list of passwords that you&#8217;ve saved. You can also download password finder apps from the Google Play Store. Previously, Facebook didn&#8217;t allow Android users to view their passwords when they logged in.<\/p>\n<p>Another way to access the Facebook password manager is by signing up for the enterprise version of Facebook. You can create an account in this mode and use it to access other applications. However, you have to enable Authenticator on your Facebook account. Otherwise, you&#8217;ll be asked to provide a password again. You should also turn off this feature when logging out of websites you visit. Alternatively, you can use a third-party Facebook password manager, such as SAASPASS.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tracing_the_password\"><\/span>Tracing the password<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve forgotten your Facebook password, there are a few ways to trace it. Depending on the information you provided, you can ask Facebook to send you a link to reset your password or a six-digit code to your phone. Once you&#8217;ve received the code, simply enter it into the appropriate field on Facebook&#8217;s site. This process is easy, and you can recover your account even if you&#8217;ve lost your phone, tablet, or laptop.<\/p>\n<p>One way to trace your Facebook password is to send the email to yourself. You can also send it to your spouse or another friend. But be careful: you don&#8217;t want to share your password with anyone! You may be caught by someone trying to get access to your Facebook account. If you&#8217;re worried, follow these steps instead. They&#8217;ll be more effective than you think!
