Facebook still saves all of your data, including your photos, status updates, and Messenger conversations. You can&#8217;t access or check your Facebook account after you&#8217;ve deactivated it, but you can untag yourself or your phone. In addition, you can deactivate Facebook pages you&#8217;ve given to third parties. You can still send messages and log records using Facebook Messenger, so you don&#8217;t need to worry that your friends will still keep track of your social activities.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reactivate_your_account\"><\/span>Reactivate your account<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To reactivate your Facebook account after deactivating it on your phone, you must sign in with the same email address and password. First, log into Facebook. Next, navigate to Settings &gt; Privacy &gt; Your Facebook Information. Tap View and Download to save your information. Then, follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision. You&#8217;ll be prompted to enter a new password to access your account. Once you&#8217;ve entered a new password, you can choose to permanently delete your account or disable it.<\/p>\n<p>After you&#8217;ve confirmed the deletion, go to Settings &gt; General. You&#8217;ll see a page containing a confirmation message. Click OK. You&#8217;ll need to enter a new password, solve a Captcha, and click OK. Then, Facebook will deactivate your account for 14 days.
