To do so, sign into Facebook using your email address and password, and click the &#8220;Account&#8221; tab in the top-right corner. From there, click on &#8220;Privacy Preferences,&#8221; and then scroll down to &#8220;Block Lists.&#8221; Look for the name of the person you&#8217;d like to unblock and click the &#8220;Unblock&#8221; button next to it. You will be asked to confirm your decision.<\/p>\n<p>First, you&#8217;ll need to know why you blocked the person in the first place. If you&#8217;re unsure about why you blocked them, you should consult Facebook&#8217;s help section. If you&#8217;ve blocked someone on Facebook, it&#8217;s very simple to reverse the process. Click &#8220;View all blocked users&#8221; and then click &#8220;Unblock.&#8221; Then, you can proceed to the next step. You&#8217;ll be asked to confirm your decision before you can remove the blocking request.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve blocked a person on Facebook for some reason, you can still reach them through messages and pokes. But the next time you see them on Facebook, make sure you unblock them again. Then, you&#8217;ll notice that they&#8217;re no longer in your friends list. You can also restore the previous tags and contacts that were removed when you blocked them. Regardless of how you unblock a friend, it&#8217;s important to take a break from them until you can decide whether you want to stay friends.<\/p>\n<p>To block someone, log in to your Facebook account. On the desktop version, navigate to their profile. Click on the three-dot icon, and then click on &#8220;Block users.&#8221; Once you&#8217;ve done that, you&#8217;ll receive a confirmation message. Once you&#8217;ve completed this process, your friend will no longer be able to see your posts and tagging you in them. In most cases, unblocking your friend will prevent the person from seeing your posts and tagging you in other posts.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Removing_a_friend_from_your_Blocked_list\"><\/span>Removing a friend from your &#8220;Blocked&#8221; list<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you want to unblock someone from your &#8220;Blocked&#8221; list on Facebook, you need to know why they are blocking you. This will allow you to contact the person and ask why they are blocking you. Facebook can also blacklist your account if you have identifiable information on it, which is an inconvenience for both of you. However, you can always try to make up for your mistake by cultivating a friendship outside of social media. Here are some tips to do it.<\/p>\n<p>Using the &#8220;Unfriend&#8221; option to unfriend a friend on Facebook is a quick way to get rid of annoying posts. This action removes the person from your &#8220;friends&#8221; list, but the other person will still be able to see your profile and posts. However, blocking someone means that you will no longer be able to contact them on Facebook. While unblocking someone will remove them from your &#8220;friends&#8221; list, they will still be able to view your profile, posts and other information you may have shared with mutual friends.<\/p>\n<p>To remove a friend from your &#8220;Blocked&#8221; page, log into Facebook and click on the arrow icon at the top right of the Facebook page. You can then click on the &#8220;Blocked&#8221; tab to view a list of people you want to remove from your list. By unblocking a friend from your list, you will be able to send them friend requests again.<\/p>\n<p>By blocking a friend from your &#8220;Blocked&#8221; page on Facebook, you&#8217;ll remove the person&#8217;s ability to contact you. While removing a friend from your &#8220;Blocked&#8221; list on Facebook will remove them from your friends list, it won&#8217;t remove them from your Messenger.
