If you want to restrict access to your timeline to certain friends, you can choose to grant them Access Control or Specific Person status. Then, only these people can see your posts. Alternatively, you can also block specific friends. Then, go back to your Timeline to restrict access again. But make sure that you don&#8217;t forget to remove your friends if you want to re-open the restriction.<\/p>\n<p>Adding a friend to your Restricted List is easy. All you have to do is click &#8216;Add friends to list&#8217; to do so. Your friend will not know about the restriction, but they will still be able to contact you on Messenger. And if you accidentally block someone on your Facebook timeline, they will still be able to see your posts. If you do this, Facebook will remove the restriction right away.<\/p>\n<p>Restricted Lists on Facebook can help you control the type of content you share. You can select people to restrict access to certain posts on your timeline, but they can still be your friends. The only difference is that they won&#8217;t be able to see them unless they&#8217;ve been specifically tagged. You can choose to make future posts public, friends only, or specific friends only. You can also review and accept tags before publishing content. The person has to be close to you to make this work. But if you&#8217;re close to someone, you&#8217;ll notice the changes in their posts and photos on Facebook. You can also tell them about the restrictions, and they&#8217;ll be able to unrestrict you.
