To do this, tap the search icon on the top right of the App. Type in the name of the person you&#8217;d like to follow in the search box that pops up. Type the name into the search box and you&#8217;ll see several options pop up. Scroll down and tap the one you want to follow. The person&#8217;s profile should now be open, so you can tap the three dots, and then choose Follow.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unfollowing\"><\/span>Unfollowing<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>How can I tell if someone unfollowed me on Facebook? There are several ways to do so. The easiest way is to check my following list. To do this, click on the three horizontal lines at the top of the screen. Click on &#8220;News Feed Preferences.&#8221; Select &#8220;Unfollow people and groups&#8221; and click Done. You&#8217;ll then no longer see the posts from that person on your news feed.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re unfollowing someone from Facebook, their posts won&#8217;t show up in your news feed. You can still interact with them if you want to. The only difference is that you won&#8217;t receive a notification when they post on Facebook. And if you&#8217;ve unfollowed someone who regularly posts on your wall, you might not even know that they&#8217;ve unfollowed you. If you&#8217;ve been communicating with them via Messenger, you&#8217;ll still be able to see their posts.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Blocking\"><\/span>Blocking<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are a few different ways to block someone on Facebook. One way is to go to their profile and click the hamburger menu, which is located in the top right corner on Android devices and the bottom right corner on iOS devices. Then, select the three dots (&#8230;) button next to the person&#8217;s name, and then tap &#8216;Block&#8217;. This will prevent them from seeing or tagging your posts. Alternatively, you can also block them by emailing them directly.<\/p>\n<p>The good news is that blocking someone on Facebook doesn&#8217;t completely remove their content from your timeline. Everything that belongs to you will be hidden, except for posts that you make or comments made by mutual friends. The person you block can still see posts from mutual friends and play games, but will be unable to see your content. In this case, you may want to delete your posts or untag your friend&#8217;s from yours. After doing so, your privacy will remain unchanged.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Making_your_following_list_private\"><\/span>Making your following list private<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In the world of social media, privacy is a hot topic. Everyone has wondered how to make their Instagram following list private, or how to hide their hashtags or live comments. Some even have an ex-partner who starts arguments over the list. Although Instagram doesn&#8217;t have a privacy setting to hide the list, there are some workarounds. Let&#8217;s take a look at one of them. Hopefully this works for you.<\/p>\n<p>When using Facebook, the Friends List is public by default. However, you can change this default setting. To do so, navigate to your profile page and click the settings icon. Scroll down to the section titled &#8220;Privacy.&#8221; Click the drop-down menu on the right side and choose &#8220;Specific Friends.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unfriending\"><\/span>Unfriending<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Unfriending someone on Facebook is as easy as sending them an email. You can do it via email or through Facebook app. Just make sure that the person you want to unfriend is an active user of Facebook. Alternatively, you can use search function to locate the person&#8217;s profile and click &#8216;Unfriend&#8217;. Then you can re-address the person. If you do not want to keep in contact with that person on Facebook, you can unfriend them from your profile.<\/p>\n<p>While friendships in the real world fade away, they aren&#8217;t always a thing of the past on social media. Some people post photos of food and updates on Facebook that irritate other users. Those who regularly post about themselves on Facebook may find themselves unfriended. Other users may tag you in posts without asking your permission.
