You can also use the Creator Studio to schedule your posts.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hootsuite\"><\/span>Hootsuite<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>When you schedule a post on Facebook through Hootsuite, you&#8217;ll be sure that it&#8217;s posted at the correct time. The company recommends posting between 12 p.m. and 1 a.m. on weekdays and between 3 a.m. and 2 a.m. on weekends. You can also choose to have Hootsuite schedule your post for a specific time based on the time you&#8217;re in.<\/p>\n<p>After scheduling your post in Hootsuite, you can go to your Publisher page and see if it was scheduled or published. You can view your calendar of content, drafts, and pending posts, all of which you can edit and publish. If you&#8217;ve paid for the Hootsuite service, you can also activate Auto-Schedule. When you&#8217;ve set your Facebook post to go live, you can simply click on the link in the notification that appears in your social media feed.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Statusbrew\"><\/span>Statusbrew<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Using a tool like Statusbrew makes it possible to schedule a post on Facebook in advance and reschedule it at a later time. This saves you time and makes your workflow more efficient. You can also choose to approve your post when it&#8217;s ready before publishing it to your social media accounts. The app also has the capability of analyzing when the best times to publish are.<\/p>\n<p>After you&#8217;ve set up your account with Statusbrew, you can schedule your posts. The app&#8217;s planner tool helps you manage your campaigns and helps you visualize all your planned posts. You can view the list of posts as columns or rows on a calendar. You can see your content strategy for each day, week, and month at a glance. Using the calendar view also lets you see gaps in content.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"RecurPost\"><\/span>RecurPost<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Once you have created your post, you can edit it to schedule it for a later date or time. Alternatively, you can create a one-time use library and choose to publish your post every day at the same time. To do so, open the Posts tab. From the drop-down menu, select Scheduled. After scheduling, tap the three dots to the right of your post to edit or delete it.<\/p>\n<p>To schedule multiple posts, you need to use a social media scheduling tool. Facebook allows you to schedule one post at a time, but the native scheduling feature doesn&#8217;t allow multiple posts at the same time. You&#8217;ll need a third-party tool like RecurPost to create and manage multiple Facebook profiles. RecurPost also supports posts to groups, and you can use it to schedule posts to several groups at once.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Facebooks_Creator_Studio\"><\/span>Facebook&#8217;s Creator Studio<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You can schedule a post on Facebook&#8217;s Creator Studios in advance. This can be done by selecting &#8220;Write Post&#8221; from the drop-down arrow and selecting &#8220;schedule.&#8221; From there, you can select the date and time you&#8217;d like your post to appear. Previously, the Write Post option was part of Facebook for Web, but it isn&#8217;t available anymore. Using the scheduling option allows you to post content in advance, which is great if you need to plan ahead.<\/p>\n<p>You can also reschedule a post you&#8217;ve already published. You can access your scheduled posts in the Content Library&#8217;s Posts section. The process is identical to scheduling a new post. To reschedule a post, tap on the new date and time on the schedule. Thankfully, there are several ways to do so. The first is to download the Meta Business Suite app and sign in to your Facebook account. From here, you can choose the page you want to schedule a post for and then click the blue &#8216;Schedule&#8217; button to have your post published at a specific time and date.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve signed in to your Meta Business Suite account, click the scheduling link in the left side menu. You can write your post here, and customize it with photos, videos, and other media. Once you&#8217;re done, you can choose the date and time that you want the post to be published, and then save it. To publish it later, tap the Scheduled Posts button and select the time and date.
