If the person refuses to accept a friend request, their messages will land in their &#8216;Message Requests&#8217; page.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have any mutual friends, you can still send a friend request. This is the easiest way to add someone to your list of friends. But you should check the privacy settings of the person&#8217;s account to make sure they are not blocking the friend request. Otherwise, it&#8217;s best to ignore it and move on to the next person. Click on the one you&#8217;d like to send.<\/p>\n<p>If you have received a friend request from someone you don&#8217;t know, you can ignore it and not reply to it. The recipient will never know you ignored their request. If you do respond to the request, simply click the friend&#8217;s name to open the person&#8217;s Timeline page. Click the cover photo to see their profile and reply. To reject the request, click Confirm or Delete Request.
