Facebook has more than 100 contact forms on its site, including a &#8220;General Feedback&#8221; link. Facebook uses your feedback to improve the overall experience of its users. If you&#8217;re unable to contact Facebook via the social network, you can write to their headquarters using the official postal mail. This way, you&#8217;ll get a personal response from the company.<\/p>\n<p>Before contacting Facebook, remember that the company cannot see all your data. So, describe your problem clearly and include screenshots, if possible. Facebook administrators will analyze the reports and get back to you. Once you&#8217;ve sent your tickets, you can track the status of the requests and appeal them if necessary. If you own a business account, you can also hire a consultant to help you solve your problem. Facebook doesn&#8217;t offer a customer support number, so contacting the company via email is often the best way to get in touch.<\/p>\n<p>First, you should report any content you&#8217;ve discovered. When reporting an offending piece of content, Facebook agents will review it. Make sure you include screenshots or links to the content, if possible. If you don&#8217;t have an account on Facebook, you can also ask a friend to report the content to Facebook&#8217;s moderation team.
